Then went to Buffett to run within a half hour of pressing.
Timer set at 1:30. Finished all sprints with 1:15 showing or higher - first couple with 1:17.

I definitely do not have this lift down yet. Last week's 135 x 5 x 3 was much tougher than strict-pressing 135 x 5 x 3 ever is.
