Run 2 miles, best possible pace immediately after biking

Front Squat
Warm up and then go for 1 set of 12 reps.


10 x 40m sprint
Start 1 sprint every 1.5 minutes.


Kiley:

My triathlon is this coming Sunday, so my schedule will be fairly light this week.

CF Rest Day

CFE Brick:
Bike 6.25 miles
Run 1.55 miles
This should be done as close to race pace as possible.
