Okay I changed this WOD, in a moment of sanity. Today it's extremely windy. I ran INTO the wind on miles 1 and 3 and with the wind straight behind me on 2 and 4. I rested 2:00 after mile 1 and 3 and 4:00 after mile 2. My calves were SCREAMING after mile 1. Oops. Route was from 144th and Fort to Maple. VERY hilly.
