I'll try it next week and see what happens. There was some significant arm pain (left arm) . . . funny, I'm not doing my ten minutes/day of shoulder work anymore. The arm pain makes that first rep real stinkin' slow and difficult. It's possible that without that problem I would have gotten it . . . but I didn't.

I used a 10# wallball, because something's jenky with my neck. Still was a wicked workout.
