Did some handstand practice, then did "Diane" with 3 10# bumpers. I haven't worked on HSPU for a long time, and boy did it show. I was somewhere between 9 and 10 minutes, and the last time I was between 5 and 6 minutes - blew up on the HSPUs. Also, I was probably about 10 pounds lighter last time I did this, but mostly, I just need to stick with the HSPUs.
