5 rounds or 15 min AMRAP (whichever comes first) of:
9 Rack Thrusters, 135#/95#
20 yd Bear-crawl
7 Weighted Pull-ups, 25#/15#

Rack thrusters are from behind the neck. Do the thrusters, bear-crawl to the pull-up bar, then run back to the barbell for the next round.

However, that last set went had 2 misses in it, so I will probably stay at 160 next time as well.

I don't remember the pull-up numbers, but I think I got 8 and then 7, so I'll probably reset.
