Used only 1 pood because my back is tweaky. Used 16" box b/c that's all Urban has besides like a 24". I don't think I could have done the 24" today for some reason.
Round 1: 3 full rounds, plus 10 back extensions, plus 5 KB Swings.
Round 2: Same
Round 3: Same
Round 4: 3 full rounds, plus 10 back extensions, plus 1 KB Swing.
