Metcon - I used 15# DB for foot weights on sit-ups as well as for the get-ups. Time was 9:18.

About 3 hours later, I did the CFE on the trainer.
4:00 - 1.06 miles
2:00 - .57 miles
1:00 - .33 miles
2:00 - .61 miles
4:00 - 1.01 miles
