I subbed just regular push-ups I'm trying not to overdo it with my shoulder.

After the PR on back squat last night, my left quad didn't love this workout. But it'll survive.

Also, I did this at Urban so I had to run up all the stairs to the treadmill for the run, which was completed at 1% incline.
