175-1, missed 2nd attempt
185-1 (only attempted 1)

185 was questionable - it was more like a low snatch push jerk, followed by an OHS (the 175 might have been similar).

Becky and I did KB swings (1 pood/25#) instead of back extensions since there is only 1 GHD). That metcon is tough on the legs.
