BW = approx 210, used 55# DBs
6 rounds + 8 C&Js + 6 KTE
Last time I did this, I used 50# DBs and got 5 rounds + 5 C&Js, so this was a good improvement, especially considering the weight gain (195 last time).
OH, and I used 25# DB's.
