These are full squat cleans - from the ground and received in a full squat position.

Rest several minutes.

10 min AMRAP of:
8 DB Hang power clean and jerk, 50% BW (each DB is 25% BW)
8 KTE

Considering that I'm not happy with my technique . . . that was fun.

AMRAP: 5 rounds + 5 C & J
BW=195#, 50% of 200# = 2 50# DBs

This one fries the grip, and I even used a hook grip for a lot of the clean and jerks. I hope I can hold on to the bar for Fran tomorrow. Sheesh.
