I had intended to do a metcon today as well since this week has been pretty messed up with the musical, but it didn't work with the timing (it turns out Urban Active closes at 9 on Friday nights).
CF: Back Squat 5 x 5 (same weight for all 5 sets) 115# (was going to do 80% of my 1RM, but I only have a 2RM which is 145. So 115 is 80# of that.
Then I did this metcon: 10 minute AMRAP 3 Push-ups 6 Box jumps (16" I think...I was at 24 Hour Fitness so not sure) 9 Squats (after the back squat my legs FELT THESE and they were pretty slow) Got 11 full rounds and 3 push-ups, 6 box jumps, 2 squats.
Random update: My hip socket thing seems to be improving, although slowly. After about a mile it seems fine. But when I sit and do the "butterfly" stretch it's like my hip is catching my leg bone...weird.
