I only had 1 student in weightlifting today, so in between his sets of push pres, I played around with shoulder press. The wrist responded pretty well.
Shoulder Press, 5x5
95-5
115-5
125-5
130-5
135-3
My best set of 5 is 140#, but with shoulder and wrist issues, I haven't done shoulder press for most of the summer (perhaps back in July?), so I was pretty happy with how it went.
A few hours later with Kiley and Becky . . .

PR 20+ seconds. The sit-ups might have been faster, but I think I was able to spin the rope a bit faster . . . at least that was the goal.
Annie - 7:59. Huge improvement over last time. About 2.5 minutes faster. This is because Phil made me work on continuous double unders after the last time we did Annie. Thanks Phil!
You are most welcome.
