Used 65# DBs due to wrist. As expected, this was definitely harder than 135# on the barbell (even though it's 5# lighter).

This is about 1-2 minutes slower than my barbell Elizabeth time. Maybe 2.5 min? Not sure. Part of the increased difficulty may come from the fact that you have to squat a bit deeper to touch the DBs to the floor (than with a barbell). But most of it just comes from the greatly increased lack of stability. Good challenge.

I think a DB Fran would be in order sometime soon.

Didn't do Zerchers. Did this instead:

5 rounds for time of:
-5 pull-ups
-10 KB swings (1 pood)
-15 box jumps (18")

Major improvement on the pull-ups. Woot! Figuring out the kipping a lot more lately. SO FUN!
