5 rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds. Record your time for each round.

Knee pain at times during jumping pull ups, and during the first round of squats.
Round 1: 5:49
Rd 2: 5:25
Rd 3: 5:21
Rd 4: 5:15
Rd 5: 5:50

Then swam.

Significantly better than last time (in March of 2007). Pull-ups were continuous, which I'm sure was at least partially due the fact that I can actually keep my grip longer on the bar at CHS than on the skinnier bars at NP.

I epic failed this one....But I resolutely plant my foot and say "I will eventually be healthy and therefore not a flakey cross fitter.

Why are the initials for 24 hour fitness, NP?....The first thing I think is NP means No Place...but that can't be right.

It's b/c there's "No Place" like it...=) Also, it's 24 Hour Fitness North Park. =)
