I have learned a couple things in my first couple Cross Fit workouts that I wasn't expecting...
1. Never under any circumstance ask "wheres Phil going" If he leaves in the middle of a morning workout, because you don't want to know and the workout will have to stop so that Kiley can explain between laughs.
2. I am weak..very weak
3.There's anger when you cheat..and not cheating in the way you expect..cheating is when you improve on your body without the knowledge and invitation of fellow Cross fitties. Missing a workout is ok as long as you call.
4.Get a notebook

I used 45# for thrusters, did jumping pull ups, regular sit ups and supermans. Time was 18:32.

Kathy and I both used the GHD, so my order of exercises was as follows:
Rd 1: GHD, BE, Thrusters, PU
Rd 2: Thrusters, GHD, BE, PU
Rd 3: Thrusters, PU, GHD, BE

Also, great job Mom and Dad!

18:38 I used the GHD for all but the last round of sit ups which I split 25 GHD 25 Floor. Jumping Pullups. And I Think My thrusters were 30#.
