Pull-ups
Ring Dips
(50 Pull-ups, 50 Ring Dips, 40 Pull-ups, 40 Ring Dips, etc.)

My abs are BROKEN. From Friday. It's the worst it's been today, I think. Therefore, pull ups are OUT of the question. =( I do want to do that workout, but not today. I can get my hands above my head, but...it hurts.

Today I'm running at lunch. =)

Yeah, my back is definitely feeling it from yesterday. That's one of the reasons I was out this morning (Kris had to work at 6:00). That and the Olympics.
