Dooood...where are you GETTING these WEIGHTS??? Gah! This is more than my max...ya? No...maybe not. But it's CLOSE! Sheesh...I like it.
As for the deadlifts, I used the weights from Diane:21-15-9 of225#/155# DeadliftHSPUThese weights have been used in some other WODs too, but I can't remember if any of them are named.
so i was coming. but... my shoulder/neck thing would not allow me to roll out of bed . i felt helpless.
Ummm...that's why you don't do a somersault out of bed, goofball. =)
