As for the deadlifts, I used the weights from Diane:
21-15-9 of
225#/155# Deadlift
HSPU

These weights have been used in some other WODs too, but I can't remember if any of them are named.

so i was coming. but... my shoulder/neck thing would not allow me to roll out of bed . i felt helpless.
