The big news there is that my mobility has finally reached a point where I can use my regular belt instead of a tapered one for deadlifting. Very pumped.

1st 14 HSPUs were to 3 10# bumpers. The rest were to the 3 bumpers plus a 25# metal plate, which has about the same thickness as a 10# bumper. This was a poorly chosen metcon on my part, and it's what I get for waiting until I'm in the weight room to choose it. I benched and also did some pressing today (not recorded), so perhaps a slightly smarter choice than HSPU (which I'm already weak on) could have been chosen. Or I simply should have scaled it smarter from the beginning. Too much walking around waiting to be able to do some more HSPUs.
