5 rounds plus 3 cleans, 5 pull-ups, 5 push-ups. Did that at Urban and I don't love that decision.

Did 20 reps of 110# on back squat.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. And me too. Actually, the mile could have been a bit faster, but as my first distance over 400m in several months, I'm good with this for starters.
