Subbed 20 Burpees for each run. My ankle is sore and it's hard to think of any good subs for running that don't bother it. Argh.

Time was 34:34. Last time I was 4:00 faster, but used lighter weights on Deadlift, KB Swing, and OHS. I don't plan to sub the running out for Burpees again any time soon.
