Then I did some calf raises. Granted, it was only 20 per calf, unweighted, and with a lacrosse ball wrapped quite tightly to my heel cord (and thus quite painful), but it still counts. I'm gonna have huge calves. I just know it. I'll probably need new pants. There's no way my old pants will fit over my new calves. Maybe I'll just get a zipper sewn into all my pants.
