Benched on Wednesday evening - Thursday's schedule is a bit funky.

Boo-yes. 10 rep and 240 PR. Then I went and did some bicep curls, tricep push-downs, and leg extensions to get my pump on. Oh wait, I didn't do leg extensions - that's for leg day.

The 50's were tough. The 100's I got a little more rest, so that was good. I got about :20 on each of those. The 500 took me 8:32. Last time I swam that distance it was 7:52, so it wasn't super fast, but also last time I hadn't sprinted 1000 before I started. =)

I also worked on breathing every FOUR strokes, instead of three. That doesn't sound like a big difference, but it is.

For my own reference - did the squatting on Friday instead of Thursday. I had intended to squat on Thursday evening, but I fell asleep at about 6:30 and awoke 12 hours later. May have been a little short on sleep the past few days.
