Also, I've received some feedback that my posts on this blog are not exactly the most positive things people have ever read.


On the bright side, this workout involved 50 thrusters squatted to full depth. At no point in the workout did my knee explode or even hurt very much. That's quite positive.

Squatted today instead of Thursday. It went really well, but since I'm squatting on Sunday, that only gives me 48 hours between squatting, so we'll see how that goes. Mobbed once this morning (Saturday) and plan to do some more this afternoon, and that usually helps considerably, so we'll see. On the other hand, now I just sound like Brent Kim.

I have a goal to someday squat 500. This is the third time within the past month that my squatting yields a calculated max of 500+ pounds. Now, my first squat is always the worst - this is because I'm a moron - so I am very sure I couldn't actually hit 500 yet, but it's cool nonetheless.
