On the 10 minute start interval:
50 reps for time of:
Pullups
50 reps for time of:
Push-ups
50 reps for time of:
Wallballs, 15#
200 reps for time of:
DU's
Start each new exercise every 10 minutes.  Add up all of the times together to get your total time.

It was crap. I felt like crap. Called it a day at that point.
