150 x 10 was easier this week than 147.5 x 10 last week, so yay.

This was the worst squatting experience ever, especially the second set, where I evidently forgot what the word "coordination" means. On the upside of things, 415 is a 2, 3, 4, and 5 rep PR. It's the second heaviest weight I've ever squatted, and the heaviest weight - 422.5 - I've only squatted once, so I'll take this any day.
I have had a dream for a little while now . . . the dream is that my next reset will not take me back below 4 plates. This dream requires that I don't fail until 450. This seems . . . well, it's a good dream.
