That's a lot of push-ups. I did the sit-ups and squats continuously, but not pull-ups or push-ups.

Also, apparently this is the first time I've done Barbara prescribed. That's cool. Last time I did 71 kipping pull-ups and all girl push-ups. Today we even did 60 of the push-ups mat-style, so woot!

I got 5,5,4 last week at this weight, so I held the reset at bay for a bit longer.

This was done in the semi-dark since the seniors were practicing the lip-sync in the gym and had the lights off (and the sun was down). Fortunately, I thought ahead . . . I brought flashlights. Even with those however, I still resorted to getting a desk lamp from Karen R's room.

I did some neck work - I don't remember what it was.
