I told myself I wouldn't try normal squatting unless my knee was positively singing to me today. It wasn't quite singing, but it's doing better - it was at least starting to hum a tune. These box squats are interesting - I feel they shouldn't be much different than my normal squats (since I'm just touch-and-go-ing it), but man, they are definitely harder (i.e., 275 is actually a tough weight). Overall, it was a good day, I squatted more than I did on Sunday, and it was hard work.
