Got 3 rounds plus 7 deadlifts and 13 DU's. The DU's were BAAAAD for me on every try except round 3 I got them all unbroken. Sheesh...so frustrating.

HPC&J - 5, 5, 5 = 15
KTE - 9, 9, 9 = 27
Push-ups - 11, 10, 9 = 30
Box Jumps - 12, 12, 12 = 36
I did GOOD push-ups. I was proud of that. The HPC&J were frustrating b/c I just couldn't go faster...

I did the following on 2/11/10:

5 RFT of:
7 DL, 3153
21 Double-unders

My time for that was 5:39. Today I got 5 rounds + 3 DL in 5:00, so . . . win. My time today at 5 rounds (which was kind of my goal) was about 4:36, so that's over a minute faster. Yay. To be fair, on 2/11/10, I had done snatch 5 x 3 at 130# first, but I'll take a minute improvement any day.

The rest was over 5 min (maybe 10?) due to putting weights away, etc., but that's fine - it was only an approximation anyway.

I believe these are the correct numbers for the AMReAP - I started at box jumps (all of them are correct with the possible exception of box jumps).

Box Jumps: 12,11,12 = 35
HPC & J: 8,9,7 = 24
KTE: 12,12,12 = 36
Push-ups: 26,18,17 = 61

On each set of KTE, they were kipping, which helped, but I missed the first one everytime - annoying. The push-ups trailed off pretty badly.
