4 x 5 minute intervals, rest 3:00 between.  Cover max distance.

Keep adding 3 reps each round.

91 total reps.

That's right, one more rep than "Fran" in 10 minutes. Also the workout is supposed to be 100#, but since I was so focused on "Fran, Fran, Fran" I screwed that up.

On the bright side, first pullups in 3-4 months. Need lots more work there.

Did the run on a treadmill at Urban. 1% incline.

Distances covered were:
