I used a box at Urban that I think is right about 24" but I'm not positive. The very intelligent, hard working trainer didn't know, either.

I completed 6 full rounds, plus the Jumps, Push-ups, and 5 Sit-ups in the 7th round.

TOTAL = 1:02:45
REST = 2:58
RUN = 59:47 (Is this right???)

So, you can see the first few were pretty decent, and the last two were straight bad. The last one is a VERY steep climb for the first half so that was bad...but I'm surprised I finished the whole hour, really.
