Run 10 minutes, rest 6.  Run 8 minutes, rest 3.  Run 3 minutes, rest 2. Run 1 minute, rest 1.  Run 1 minute.  Cover max distance.

10 minutes: 1.21 miles
8 minutes: .97 miles
3 minutes: I think .40 miles
1 minute: I think .05???
1 minute: No idea. The last two were faster than any of the earlier ones, and I was maxed out, so it was a good workout.

Smoked my time from almost a year ago by over 3:00.
However......this one's more about strength than most WODs so I should do significantly better than a year ago.

Look at me finding the dark cloud in the silver lining.

Also.....this is the first time I've been able to bring the bar back down onto my shoulders from overhead with no shoulder pain. Awesome.
