2 x 400m holding 1 mile TT pace -10 sec pace per mile

Soooo the last 800's and 400's were "too fast" compared to what they are supposed to be, but both Becca and I just wanted it OVER. So we ran a little faster. The first 800 after the TT was HORRRRRRIBLE. 6 miles total at a much faster pace than the most recent time I ran 6. But also with lots of little rests....

Did the pull-up WOD. I first hauled 16 bags of mulch around, dumped them, spread the contents, etc. at my house. And put up netting under my deck...with Becky's help. Becky also took the nest down from under the deck YAY!

The WOD took around 20 minutes. I rested some between each type of pull-up and each set. I didn't do any of the sets continuously. I need to work on CTB. I can't do them with my palms away. ARGH!
