Loading for the cleans is 15# for guys and 10# for girls (per DB).

7:41. Not awesome. The pull-ups were horrrrrible. I have eaten junk and done nothing for over 2 weeks. I can tell.

I was almost through the first push-up on that last round. Almost. The clean jumps are pretty interesting . . . I think it would be pretty easy to write a check my body couldn't cash on that movement.
I feel the need . . . the need for speed.
