For the metcon I used 53#...see above comment. =) Time was 17:33.
A note on my previous post...it was not a stellar performance. Grip was an issue almost immediately. As you can see, there was no break for that. Good times. Also, I was afraid of hurting my back AND ... doing the workout alone is harder than with a cohort. =)
Now, the run. I did this inside at Urban on a treadmill. Yay.
