Bridge (didn't practice these too much)

Had more arm pain than usual - I sometimes forget that the day after back squat is often rough on the MU/elbow pain combo.

Deadlifts were continuous. Decently pleased considering the overhead stuff the past few days. This is a nice benchmark to use for HSPU progress - my plan is to lower the stack when I get below 5:00. Maybe I'll do this again in 3-4 weeks.
