On Wednesday, I (Phil) was going to try to mimic what the guy below did - a strict, slow muscle-up followed by a kipping muscle-up. The goal was to make it very smooth and slow - like this:
The muscle-ups were a semi-success - I need to try to go slower on the strict MU. Also, I've never done a MU with sunglasses before, so it's definitely a PR. This, however, is not the amusing part - Kiley did not know about the camera, which makes for some funny video:

I probably could have swam harder in the first two sets, but after that I think I was close to maxing out. I had some goggle issues, which I don't usually, so that was annoying, but not the end of the world.

Probably not going to the games with that kind of performance. Probably not even going to women's sectional with that one since the demo girl get like 10+ rounds.
