Total time on the metcon was 13:08. Breakdown is as follows: 70 Squats 1:57 60 Sit-ups 1:56 50 KB Swings 1:45 40 Pull-ups 4:26 30 HSPU's 3:04 (went down to a 25 and 15# bumper plate, as well as a 10 and a 5# metal weight...not very far)
The squats, sit-ups, and swings were all continuous. The pull-ups were NOT. That is horrible to have them back to back like that.

That was too easy, so I dialed it up to 7.0MPH on the last two rounds.
Ran this morning outside, starting at 144th and Maple, going to Blondo and back to Maple.
1 mile: 9:00

Total time: 17:40

Corner of 144th/Maple south to Blondo and back. Nice hills.
