For the thrusters, each DB is 15% BW. For the swings, you can either use the same DBs you used for thrusters or use a single (albeit heavier) KB or DB with a 2-handed grip. This metcon comes (modified) courtesy of Catalyst Athletics.

Total distance = Just under 1150y. Last time I did this WOD was 10/29/10 and my total distance was just under 1100. So...I got in almost one more lap this time. Woot. And that was WITHOUT a partner. Double woot. =)
