5 rounds of the barbell complex:
8 Bent Rows
8 Power Cleans
8 Front Squats
8 Presses/Push Presses
8 Back Squats
8 Good Mornings

Rest 2:00 between rounds. Rest anywhere, but not with the barbell on the ground (i.e., power cleans must be touch-and-go).
