155 x 1 x 5 (there was also a miss in there somewhere, but I got 5 good singles)

175-1

Most attempts were power snatches followed by a slight dip to finish the squat. 175 was barely a power snatch.

Practice

5 rounds of:
3 MUs (progression)
25 HS on parallettes
6 pistols

1st 2 rounds of pistols on thick 10s. Last 3 rounds on thin 10s. Getting better.
