Arms hurt, so I stopped. Kind of a bummer, but I did some muscle-ups on Sunday, which exacerbate that problem, and I went heavier on C&J this week than last week . . . so it's improvement.

This was at a (nice) hotel gym. I'm surprised that the last 3 rounds were as close as they were...the run got MUCH slower each round, so I must have sped up the Thrusters since the DU's and the Sit-ups were continuous each round, so time there would be pretty consistent.
