Last week I did 5,5,3 at 385, but I was feeling a little ambitious today, so I gambled a bit and went with 390. Very tough and probably not all that intelligent, but it happened.

Used 95# for the SDHPs - they were still continuous, so I think it was a good choice.
I confess:
I am envious of Phillip Meggers and his 390 pound squat for sets of five across.
It is likely the envy will increase when the number hits 400.
