Surprisingly bad arm pain. I thought I had that fixed. Guess not.

Then to Urban for a 1 mile TT on the treadmill.
6:05

Not great, but not bad for a treadmill time for me.

Ran at Urban on a treadmill at 1% incline. 24:44.

26:34 (3.1 miles) Blarney Stone 3/10
32:00 on treadmill 1/10
26:00 (3.1 miles) Cinco de Mayo 05/08

That's clearly a PR for me. My best 1 mile time was from May of '10 at 7:24. So I'm pumped about this run! I am glad it's a PR because it sure as heck feels like it! My legs are still wobbly.

The last set was probably funny to watch. The HPC was a good rep. I got it racked with only 2 fingers under the bar. At that point I got scared of dropping the weight so I tried to dip and jog it up to get a better grip. It was a success and I got the bar down without dropping it. Then I failed to get under rep #2 and dropped it anyway.

Milk time - yeah buddy. As far as the envy is concerned, that makes us about even - I'm jealous of your 265 bench press.

But my belt is a sweet royal blue that Kiley says makes me look like I'm in a musical, so that probably puts me one up. Everybody's jealous of that look.
