I used 83# for the Thrusters because ... I am dumb. =) They were by FAR the slowest part of the WOD. I'm sore from a few days ago, and the Thrusters were just bad. The push-ups were good. They didn't hurt my shoulder at all so YAY! Time was 11:01.
