Can't blame it on not eating enough. The four hamburgers and three ice cream bars in my belly can attest to that. -maybe it took so much energy to digest all that that I didn't have much left to lift with.
My last press 3 x 5 was at 150, but it was 5, 4, and 3 for reps. This was worse.
This was episode #2 with the belt (for squatting - the plan for now is just to use it for back squats). So far, so good. But very heavy. My usual thoughts by rep 3 (and after the set) usually run something like, "Meggers, you gotta eat a lot more" or "Drink more milk, man. Lots more."

Used 85# instead of 95#. Used 18" because the prescribed height was 24" but if CF is moving toward equal box heights for men and women, I wimped out.
