Very tired from several short nights and also rushed - maybe I should have just gone light. Then again, with the weights I missed, it was technically light.

Sheesh. I PR'd at 190 last week, and this Monday, I did 165 for 5 reps - 1 rep EMOM for 5 minutes. It seems like sleep might be important. Just maybe . . .
