I'm not sure what I'll be doing just yet. I'll be at Rice Lake . . . alone since all my friends ditched me. Sniff. We'll see - I might head over to Olympic Fitness and deadlift. Running will take place sometime this weekend (especially the CFE drills as I need to get them in twice more yet this week).

Well, Olympic Fitness decided they'd be closed on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, so I didn't have anywhere to go deadlift. At any rate, we went up to the Apostle Islands in northern WI and then to Duluth, so it was about 11:00 p.m. by the time we got back. Thus, it became a rest day, and after Friday's fiasco, that was probably a good thing.
